Iron & Motion Fitness opened in Nashville in 2010 with a simple conviction: the city deserved a gym that actually cared about results. Not a place to watch TV on a treadmill. Not a warehouse of machines with nobody to teach you how to use them. A real training community with real coaches and a real culture of getting better.

Fifteen years later, we've helped over 10,000 Nashville residents lose weight, gain strength, recover from injury, prepare for competitions, and simply feel better in their bodies. We've been a part of first deadlifts, half marathons, life-changing weigh-ins, and moments our coaches still talk about.

We haven't changed what makes us different. We still hire coaches who are passionate practitioners themselves. We still maintain our equipment like it's new. We still make sure every member knows they belong here — whether it's day one or year five.
